π©· MAGGIE & DOTTIE β€οΈ
We would love for this beautiful pair to stay together if possible, however we do understand how difficult it can be for someone to take on 2 dogs together. If a home cannot be saught for them in the same home we will seperate them π€
Here is a run down of both girls from their foster Mamma π€
Dottie (Black & Tan)
What can I say about little Dottie. She is a little pocket rocket. She's very calm in the house, loves her food, cutest bum wriggle and toilet needs a bit more training (if doors open or dog flap she's fine, if doors closed and no one in the house she will do it inside) she does tend to hide for toileting and I have been making a fuss and offering treats to let her know it's ok to toilet outside, she doesn't need to hide.
Dottie will follow you everywhere, and I mean everywhere (toilet, shower, etc) she's happy just to be in the same room as you.
When out she does become very perky and definitely confident, she gets distracted with everything, wants to go and see everyone, she will cry (Walter the frenchie style) when seeing a dog (training to continue walking and ignoring is ongoing). Listens well in the house but has selective hearing when out.
She's 8,7 kg of character and cuteness and loves to go under a blanket when she's seating on the couch with you, she loves to lick your feet/legs/skin.
Dottie will be an amazing companion and so terribly missed π€
If homed by herself she can live with other dogs πΆ
Maggie
Maggie is a beautiful girl. All she wants is to be on you and lick you to death. She will welcome you with little jumps, licks, and the most beautiful bum wrrigle when you get home. She also likes to sit on you almost like a Meerkat and demand tummy/chest scratches, when you stop she will give you a hug and licks until you start again but she will also stop once you tell her no more.
She loves to sleep next to you, under a blanket on the sofa, and that's also where she sleeps at night.
Maggie listens well and is very confident in the house, she loves her food (she will finish hers and goes for the other dogs bowl unless we tell her "no, not yours", then she will wait for the other dog to finish (this needs to continue as she does try it again) and is toilet trained, she'll give one little bark by the door to go out. She's very agile and loves a bit of sun. She also loves children and loves a game of throwing toys.
When out walking she doesn't look so confident, if she sees the lead she will stop and refuse to walk but as soon as you walk back to her and reassure with a little pat she will continue her walk. She perks up when she sees other dogs but needs to be introduced slowly as she tends to do what frenchies do and run up to their faces. Maggie also tends to be a bit dominant, and she's best with a very submissive dog or needs to be reminded to "be nice." She will try to hump them to show her dominance.
Training for this is ongoing.
Maggie has not been tested with cats or any other pets.
She is such a beautiful girl and will be the best companion you can ask for π€
Both girls can be left for maximum 4 hours as they just snuggle with each other or sleep where the sun shines (they love my conservatory) but they're both move to cooler areas if/when it gets too warm. They also play with each other when excited but quickly calm down, and both travel very well in the carπ€
